CDD 38H - Assistant Store Manager (h/f/x) - Petit Bateau Bruxelles Louise!

Description of the post

We are looking for an assistant store manager (H/F/X) who wants to participate in a new enriching adventure and contribute to the success of this store!

Ambassador/ess engaged with the brand, you will work closely with your Store Manager on all activities at the point of sale to participate in the operational deployment of the retail strategy.

Your main activities will be:

• Co-organize store activities and ensure good application of Petit Bateau standards and procedures (training, planning, briefs, reporting, audit, inventory...) ;

• Ensure customer experience and satisfaction in line with the company's policy and values by offering a unique and personalized omnichannel customer experience ;

• Animate and cohesion of the sales team daily, respecting the orientations defined by the store manager ;

• Contribute to piloting and analyzing store revenue as well as optimizing commercial performance indicators (conversion rate, average basket, productivity...) ;

• Represent the store direction in the absence of the manager, facing all internal and external stakeholders. You are guarantor of the continuity of strategy application.
