As a SALESPERSON (H/F/X), you will be an indispensable actor in the customer experience! You will perform sales from A to Z (from welcome to payment / leave of absence), participate as a team in the economic performance of the store and perform all non-sales tasks allocated, necessary for its proper functioning.

Your main activities will be:

• Advise clients to meet 100% of their expectations
• Embodiment and transmission of the brand's history, values, and commitments
• Promote products and services in a personalized manner with technical argumentation according to identified needs
• Recruit and retain Petit Bateau customers through CRM program and satisfaction
• Achieve sales revenue to develop store profitability
• Accompany the sale from A to Z and transform
• Familiarize yourself with cash procedures, refunds, returns...
• Analyze results, set individual actions and propose collective actions to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to achieving objectives and developing physical and omnichannel sales revenue of the store
• Perform non-sales tasks for a premium in-store experience
• Participate in visual merchandising while respecting PB standards (labeling, merchandising, PLV, folding, cleanliness)
• Respect and apply inventory management procedures (receipt, shipment, re-sorting, storage reserve, inventory)

Date of contract start as soon as possible, duration: 6 months

Mandatory availability on Saturdays.
