- Provide hygiene and comfort care according to an individualized care plan
- Assist patients with essential daily living activities
- Monitor patient health status in collaboration with the nurse
- Offer relational and psychological support while stimulating autonomy
- Participate in coordinating care and maintaining patient environment

- Ability to provide hygiene and comfort care according to an individualized care plan
- Aptitude to offer relational and psychological support to patients
- Capability to coordinate care with various medical interveners
- Ensure a rigorous follow-up of health status and information tracking
- State Diploma in Home Care Assistant required to perform this role
