  • Several years of experience in commercial leadership roles in the consumer, D2C, or retail environment
  • You have already built a channel or business unit from scratch and made it profitable – and can provide the numbers to back it up
  • Marketplace experience is an advantage: You know how Amazon & Co. work economically – fee logic, returns, advertising costs, price dynamics
  • Negotiation successes in contracts with real economic weight – results, not anecdotes
  • Experience in financing, investment, or M&A processes
  • You manage based on contribution margin and cash flow and make decisions based on numbers
  • You build yourself first, then your team – and love an environment where results matter more than processes
  • Fluent German and English
You are responsible for growth areas alongside our core business – with your own P&L, direct contact to the two founders, and the mandate to build your areas and teams from scratch.
  • Marketplaces. You will build our marketplace business from scratch: Amazon EU, Zalando, Otto, TikTok Shop. You decide which channel launches when, negotiate the conditions, build the appropriate team or agency structure, and are responsible for profitability. You will keep our pricing and brand architecture clean – new channels should strengthen our brand, not make it more arbitrary.
  • B2B business. You will develop business with corporate and institutional customers – from employee programs and corporate benefits platforms to framework agreements with chains and larger organizations. From the first deal to your own sales structure: a field with enormous potential that no one at our company is currently tapping into. It's yours.
  • Partnerships & Licenses. You will develop collaborations and co-brandings that take our brand into new worlds, and examine licensing models for categories or markets that we do not want to build ourselves – with a feel for partners who truly fit us.
  • Corporate Development. You will prepare and lead strategic transactions – from the story and the selection and management of external consultants to due diligence. And you will examine inorganic growth opportunities if they lead to the goal faster than in-house development.
  • Major negotiations. The company's most important contracts will land on your table: sourcing deals in the seven-figure range, logistics and carrier conditions, retail space, strategic service providers. You will negotiate them – prepared, firm on the substance, and with full backing from the founders.

    Your Profile

    • Several years of experience in a commercial leadership role in the consumer, D2C, e-commerce, or retail environment
    • Demonstrable success in building and scaling new business areas or sales channels, including responsibility for your own P&L
    • Strong understanding of profitability, contribution margin, cash flow, and business cases
    • Experience with marketplaces, B2B, strategic partnerships, or corporate development – ideally in several of these areas
    • Demonstrable success in complex negotiations and contracts with significant economic volume
    • Experience in financing, investment, or M&A processes, as well as in managing external partners and consultants
    • Strong entrepreneurial drive, hands-on mentality, and leadership skills – you build things yourself, make quick decisions, and are fluent in German and English
