CBM Technician

Job Description Purpose of Role: Develop, operate and manage Condition Monitoring techniques such as Vibration Monitoring, Thermography and Ultra sound monitoring for customers in Singapore. Key Activities: •To develop and operate condition monitoring programs for John Crane customers in Chemical, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas environments in conjunction with lead Condition Monitoring / Reliability Engineer. •To set up and optimize vibration monitoring route for rotating equipment's in the plant, •To provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of condition monitoring equipment and software, •To collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of condition monitoring programs, •To identify and report potential issues or trends in condition monitoring data, •To develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their condition monitoring needs and provide solutions.
