Role highlights Support for facilities management and maintenance activities; Provide technical expertise and guidance to facilities teams; Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement facilities strategies; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facilities staff, contractors, and clients; Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations; Identify and mitigate risks associated with facilities operations; Develop and manage budgets for facilities projects and activities; Provide administrative support to the facilities team; Coordinate and facilitate meetings and workshops as required; Develop and maintain records of facilities-related information and data.
