Catering Supervisor, Suites - FIFA World Cup 26™

PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATION AND RESUME IN ENGLISH Role Summary: We are searching for a talented, motivated and highly detailed Catering Supervisor, Suites to join our team to help in the planning & execution of amazing experiences for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs. As a Catering Supervisor, Suites, you oversee day-to-day operations across all suites in venue, for both commercial and invited guests. You ensure consistent service standards, and supports effective communication among all team members. You will partner with multiple departments, including but not limited to culinary, service, and guest services to ensure premium guest experiences, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the suites teams, including but not limited to suite attendants and bartenders. * Coordinate and oversee all suite operations. * Ensure that all service standards are followed consistently. * Train and develop team members. * Work with kitchen team to ensure timely and effective food service. * Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness. * Ensure all guest requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. * Manage inventory, order and storage. * Ensure the venue maintains the highest standards of safety and security. * Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure all operational aspects of the suites meet and exceed guest expectations. * Assist with any other duties as assigned. Skills & Experience: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospitality supervisory role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. * Experience in food and beverage operations. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written. * Additional languages are an asset. * Must be eligible to work in the United States.
