The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of category management principles and practices, as well as experience in planning and managing product categories. The role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. The Category Planner will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of category plans. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role will also require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
