Job description
Your Tasks:
- You will design the product range considering the strategic and operational orientation of the company, customer needs, and market situation.
- You will negotiate conditions and contracts with our suppliers independently and take overall economic responsibility for your product range.
- You will assume the professional and personal leadership of your team.
- You will continuously monitor market and trend developments and lead corresponding measures accordingly.
- You will maintain close exchange with our industrial partners and proactively promote cooperation and further development of business relationships.
- You will be the communication interface to our internal departments such as sales, marketing, and quality assurance.
- You will take leadership of national and international projects.
