Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with divisional goals.
• Conduct market and spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead dual sourcing evaluations in risk-prone regions.
• Manage a global supplier base, focusing on East European partners.
• Ensure supplier compliance with performance and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure product quality.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier risks.

Your Profile: You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Supply Chain with over 8 years of experience in sourcing or operations. You possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and have experience managing East European suppliers. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
