As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple categories of services within our platform. This includes: • Developing category strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives; • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform category decisions; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product offerings and pricing strategies for each category; • Managing category performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates; • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs within each category; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, or operations management); • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
