Hiring: Category Manager – City Operations | Bangalore We’re looking for execution-focused professionals to drive partner onboarding, supply growth, and city-level operations for a fast-growing services marketplace. Role Responsibilities: Onboard & manage service partners end-to-end Drive supply growth & quality improvement Support demand–supply planning & revenue tracking Build & track operational dashboards (Excel mandatory) Work cross-functionally with central teams ✅ Must-Have: Strong Advantage in Category Management, Supply Chain Optimization, and Operations Planning Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel mandatory) and ability to interpret data insights to inform business decisions. Nice-to-Have: Category Management certification, Supply Chain Management certification, or equivalent experience
