The company exports to over 20 countries and is expanding rapidly across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. As we strengthen our omni-channel presence, we are building a focused quick commerce strategy that leverages the power of digital technologies to drive growth and customer engagement. We are now looking for a talented Category Manager – Quick Commerce who will play a key role in shaping our category management strategy and driving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute category management strategies across various product categories, including sweets, namkeen, and other related products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product offerings. • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform category decisions. • Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive business outcomes. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure category performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, retail, or e-commerce. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
