Aufgaben:

• You know what our customers need, because you understand the market and decipher their purchasing behavior
• You develop proactive our own-brand range and seek out continuous new cooperation partners
• Innovative products successfully introducing into our product range is the driving force behind your actions
• What doesn't spin must be removed: that's what you know, and you propose suggestions for sorting purification
• Product knowledge is a & o for sales. Therefore, you train our sales team and marketing and make them saddle-ready, e.g., in the context of our own-brand benefits
• You participate in trade fairs and congresses (including multi-day events)
• Based on continuous competition analysis, you calculate our sales prices while maintaining defined criteria

The profile that fits us:

• You ideally have a completed degree in veterinary medicine, biology, chemistry or knowledge in the field of medical products. A vocational training in one of these fields is also suitable.
• Hearing isn't enough: you have 2 years of professional experience in category management or procurement; alternatively, you have enormous enthusiasm for getting involved in a new topic
• The goal and customer firmly in view: that's how you work
• You love numbers and key figures and derive product range improvements from your analysis
• You master MS-Office out of the box and S-references are child's play for you, experience in using an ERP system rounds off your IT knowledge
• You're the striker on the team, love driving changes forward
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are the fuel for your daily work
• You know what our customers need, recognize business opportunities early on, and become a expert (m/w/d) - also for new markets
• Your willingness to shape drives you, you're curious, enthusiastic, and work creatively
• You're a communication pro and act with assertiveness and persuasion power
