Category Manager - Mobile

Category Manager – Mobile Objective of the position: Lead the omnichannel strategy for the Mobile category, driving business growth through the development of own brands, optimizing the portfolio and strengthening the e-commerce channel, ensuring a competitive and relevant value proposition for the customer. Main responsibilities: Define and implement the commercial omnichannel strategy for the Mobile category (physical store and e-commerce). Drive the growth of own brands by developing marketing campaigns and product offerings that meet customer needs. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and manage budgets for the Mobile category, ensuring effective use of resources. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success and growth. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in category management, e-commerce, and omnichannel retailing.
