Category Manager _Farma

Fildas & Catena Grup are looking for a Category Manager to join their team in Bucharest. If you have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and are passionate about commercial strategy, negotiation, and analysis, then we have a perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a commercial role in the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
• Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and strategic thinking;
• Organizational and teamwork skills;
• A proactive attitude in problem-solving;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel – medium level);
• Knowledge of the English language – medium level.

The job responsibilities include:

• Gestionaing commercial relationships with allocated suppliers, aligning them with the division's strategy;
• Negotiating and implementing actions to increase sales, optimize stocks, and improve profitability;
• Analyzing the market, sales trends, and competitive strategies, identifying new growth opportunities;
• Ensuring necessary stock levels and monitoring budget recovery;
• Elaborating reports, forecasts, and proposals for optimizing commercial performance.
