- Develop and implement category strategies, leading strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure favorable terms and meet global saving targets.
- Analyze market data, industry trends, and internal metrics to inform decision-making and present performance reports to Senior Leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in category management.
- Oversee and mentor junior category managers while fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks within assigned categories, aligning with company sustainability and ESG goals.
