Missions and Responsibilities We are looking for a Category Manager for a temporary replacement fixed-term contract to join our team and take responsibility for the quality, enrichment, and performance of our product pages on our two e-commerce sites: espaceplaisir and SexyAvenue. You are not simply in charge of product pages: you are the one who ensures that each product is complete, well-presented, and connected to the right complementary products on Magento. You are responsible for the quality of product data, the relevance of cross-sell associations, and the editorial impact of product pages across all sites (espaceplaisir, SexyAvenue), with a clear objective: to maximize conversion and average basket size. Your missions: 1. Product Page Management on Magento → Create, enrich, and maintain product pages on Magento (categorization, attributes, stock, visuals, pricing) → Ensure the quality and completeness of product data across the entire catalog (espaceplaisir, SexyAvenue) → Manage the online launch of new products and monitor their lifecycle (launch, replenishment, end-of-life), ensuring that each new product is systematically placed in the correct categories as soon as it goes live → Create configurable and simple products, and make the appropriate linkages → Update old product pages (adapt visuals, brand tone, SEO recommendations, etc.) 2. Copywriting & Product Content → Write and optimize product pages with a genuine editorial dimension (titles, descriptions, selling points) → Write highly catchy and marketing-oriented product highlights, capable of capturing attention and creating desire → Adapt the brand tone specific to each site (espaceplaisir and SexyAvenue deliberately maintain different communication styles) → Write category content and product FAQs, in conjunction with the SEO Manager → Add videos to product pages to enrich the customer experience → Make requests to graphic designers for missing content for the group and/or content to be adapted for the French market → Integrate SEO recommendations (keywords, structure) directly into product page writing 3. Cross-sell & Product Merchandising → Define and configure cross-sell and upsell associations on product pages → Implement selections of complementary products to maximize the average basket size → Populate all main categories and ensure the consistency of the breadcrumb trail and site architecture → Analyze cross-sell performance and adjust product recommendations → Collaborate with the E-Merchandising Manager on sorting and highlighting associated products Profile Sought Technical Skills → Proficiency in Magento 2 (Hyvä theme) or other CMS - essential skill → Excellent writing skills in French, with a sense for product storytelling → Good understanding of cross-sell and product merchandising logic → Professional English essential (regular exchanges with group teams) → Solid foundation in SEO (keyword research, on-page best practices) → Results-oriented: every action must be measured and evaluated based on its impact on performance Behavioral Skills → Rigor, attention to detail, and adherence to production deadlines → Autonomy and ability to quickly master a new tool (Magento) → Ease of transverse work (E-Merchandising Manager, SEO, CRO) → Curiosity for e-commerce and data challenges Benefits at Lovehoney Group France
