Category Management Executive

About the Role As a Category Management Executive , you will support the team in developing and executing strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotion. You’ll collaborate across various departments to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities. * Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and market share growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain. * Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct regular category reviews and present findings to stakeholders. * Support the development of new product launches and initiatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 1-3 years of experience in category management, sales, or marketing. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is a plus.
