Catalog Manager - E-Commerce & Marketplaces (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a Catalog Manager, to precisely manage our product data on Amazon and other marketplaces, and continuously optimize it. You analyze technical and administrative challenges, develop suitable solutions, and ensure that the catalog and process structures of our customers function smoothly. While working closely with support teams, internal departments, and customers, you recognize potential problems early on and lead proactive measures to ensure stable workflows, strong performance, and sustainable growth.

Tasks

• Problem-solving: Support in analyzing and resolving technical and administrative problems on Amazon and other marketplaces, to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Communication: Collaboration with the Amazon support team and other marketplace support teams to find quick solutions for emerging problems and initiate preventive measures.
• Data analysis: Assistance in identifying and analyzing performance data to recognize potential problems early on and develop solution approaches.
• Documented: Support in creating and maintaining troubleshooting protocols and knowledge databases to ensure quick and repeatable solutions.
• Counseling: Support for internal teams and customers in optimizing account settings and processes on marketplaces.

Qualification

• Technical understanding: Basic knowledge in the field of marketplace management and problem-solving processes.
• Communication strength: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, to communicate efficiently with internal and external partners.
• Analytical thinking: Ability to quickly analyze complex problems and find effective solutions.
• Stress resistance: Sovereign handling of stressful situations and urgent problems.
• Proactivity: High self-motivation and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
