Case Supporter

Welzijnszorg Kempen, a welfare association, develops as a cooperative of the Kempense OCMWs various activities and projects in the broad field of welfare and care in the region.

We are currently looking for a Case Supporter (m/f/x)

Permanent contract | Part-time 50% at level B | Based in Geel and employment in Hoogstraten, Merksplas, and Rijkevorsel.

For possible expansion to other regions in Kempen, we are creating a 1-year standby reserve.

Job Description A case supporter informs, guides, and supports clients and client systems in situations of domestic violence.

• You ensure that questions and problems are clarified, you analyze the situation and gather the necessary insights to enable appropriate service provision or referral. With your expertise, professional information, advice, and guidance are provided so that clients gain insight and find solutions.
• You form the bridge between police, public prosecution, welfare services, and client systems.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a social field.
• You have relevant work experience, preferably in the context of domestic violence, where multiple partisanship plays an important role.
• You know the principles, methodologies, and techniques in the field of welfare work and the specific domain of guidance/mediation in domestic violence.
• You speak and write Dutch well.
• You can work easily with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.
