Recommend and locate suitable products, staying up to date on current collections and trends. Share information about in-store promotions and loyalty benefits. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness. Support replenishment and ensure the shop floor is ready for trading each day. Deliver consistent and excellent customer service. Provide product knowledge and support sales targets. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
