Casual Programme Assistant - Wellington Central

This is a casual, as-required role. When rostered, most of your shifts will be during our after-school sessions (2:30pm – 6:00pm), with occasional opportunities to help in before-school sessions (7:00am – 8:30am). Extra hours may also be available during school holiday programmes, depending on rosters.

You will be required to work across our Wellington Central sites (Newtown, Holy Cross Miramar & St Francis).

You’ll be the friendly face and helping hand that makes our programmes fun, safe, and engaging for children.

• Join the fun: Supervise and support children as they dive into a variety of activities.
• Keep it safe & tidy: Make sure the environment is clean, hygienic, and safe for everyone – kids, staff, parents, and visitors.
• Be a right-hand hero: Assist the Programme Manager in running the day’s schedule and activities.
• Stay connected: Share any concerns or behaviour updates with the Programme Manager so we can support every child.
