As a Casual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: • Maintaining the appearance of the store's shelves and displays, ensuring they are clean, tidy and well-stocked. • Restocking products as needed to ensure optimal inventory levels. • Building strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and answering their questions about our products. • Participating in visual merchandising activities to create an appealing store environment that drives sales and increases brand awareness. • Working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions, and being able to communicate this effectively to customers. • Participating in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field preferred. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
