We are seeking a responsible and alert Casual Lifeguard to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of swimmers at our facilities.
- Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies
- Enforce water safety rules and regulations
- Perform water rescues and provide first aid when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment around the pool or beach area
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any issues
- Assist in swimming lessons and water safety education programs
- Communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and emergency services
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain daily logs
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions
