Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are seeking several talented and passionate Casual Chef de Parties to join our experienced culinary team. This is your chance to work in a stunning Hunter Valley location alongside a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality dining experiences across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency.
- Present beautifully crafted dishes, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly dressed.
- Maintain stock control and ensure the safe and proper storage of food and kitchen supplies.
- Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing new menu items with the Head Chef.
