About the Role

Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety
- Assisting with prep for functions and busy service periods
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider team where needed
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Hand with solid cooking skills
- Reliability and flexibility — you thrive in fast-paced environments
- A genuine passion for food, presentation, and teamwork
- Knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices
- NZ work rights (or a valid visa to work in NZ)
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
