Casting Mechanic (m/w/d) can you imagine performing the following tasks? Remove material from the intermediate storage and fill it into the ovens
Melt according to specifications and analyze with the spectrometer
Hand over the melt to the crane operator at the casting machine
Follow instructions from quality control or shift leader
Clean the ovens: remove solidified metal and slag, dispose of it
Transport containers to the transfer point for forklift drivers
Bring metal to the casting machines using a crane and fill it in
Check the filling level of the warm-holding oven and absolve it
Remove rods, place them in stackable containers, and label them
Ongoing control of oven parameters
Clean the casting machine and surrounding area
This is what you bring as Casting Mechanic (m/w/d): completed training as a Casting Mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
Desirable with first casting experience
Techincal understanding and manual skill
Readiness to work shifts (possibly in a multi-shift operation)
