With 83 rooms and suites, the restaurant «Spettacolo» with 15 Gault-Millau points, the restaurant «Oh de Vie» with 14 Gault-Millau points, the mountain restaurant Bühlberg, a bar, various event spaces and 2000m2 Spa, we are the largest hotel on the Lenk. Our guests enjoy uncomplicated warmth and family atmosphere paired with outstanding culinary experiences and unforgettable views of the surrounding mountains. We are looking for a Casserolier (m/w/d) who is passionate about hospitality, has a sense of humor and can work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hotel industry, be able to communicate effectively in German and English, and have a valid driver's license. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay with us. This includes providing exceptional service, handling guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be expected to work closely with other members of the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
