Cashier/Stockist

Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a subsidiary of Roma, one of the first Italian agencies specializing in recruitment, selection, training and management of human resources, is seeking to support the development and growth plans of a prestigious client operating in the GDO sector with points of sale in Rome: CASHIERS AND STOCKISTS. Cashiers and stockists will be inserted into one of the group's points of sale, affiliated with one of the leading brands in the region at a regional level. In a dynamic and collaborative environment, the resource will initially be supported and introduced mainly to cash register and shelving tasks. The search is aimed at expanding the organizational structure and, therefore, stabilizing permanently. ROLE Cashiers and stockists will be responsible for: - scanning products - calculating and recording prices of articles. - accepting payment in cash or credit card. - controlling and managing cash registers. - verifying the validity of coupons and special offers. - performing returns or exchanges of merchandise. - collaborating with other employees to maintain order and cleanliness at the cash register. - supporting shelving replenishment activities. REQUIREMENTS Cashiers and stockists must possess the following requirements: - minimum previous experience in the role or similar; - passion for the food world; - familiarity with accounts and decent logical-mathematical intelligence; - propensity for public relations, motivation to learn, active listening, flexibility, teamwork attitude, task management, service orientation. WHAT WE OFFER: - WORKING AREA: Rome - WORKING HOURS: Full-time 40 hours on shifts from Monday to Sunday, 6 days a week. - CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT: fixed-term contract with the aim of indefinite employment according to the CCNL Commercio Cisal.
