Cashier (5 days work week)

We are looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage transactions with customers using POS system Collect payments whether in cash or cashless payment Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies Requirements Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle cash and make change accurately Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development
