Cash Officer - ATM Administration

Cash Officer - Automated Banking Operations, Operations Department.

Your mission:

• Ensure cash management for bank ATMs and equipment.

What you'll do in this role?

• Analyze cash situation from received files;
• Verify daily average withdrawals per terminal;
• Select ATM/MFM terminals that require refilling;
• Prioritize file processing for allocation of ATMs/MFMs to each CP at the level of each external provider;
• Enter refill commands for ATMs/MFMs, equipment download, and client cash deposits;
• Analyze and communicate with the cash management team the total and structure needed for ATM/MFM refills for the next two days;
• Verify correspondence between command information and reports generated by the respective provider regarding ATM/MFM/equipment cash deposits;
• Verify correspondence between report information and previous day's refill commands;
• Ensure that ATMs/MFMs/equipment cash deposits reported are identical to those in commands;
• Register operations in the Qbank application for ATM/MFM equipment cash deposits based on processing reports issued by the external provider.

If you know about yourself:

• Higher education completed - preferably in economics;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience in an operational role;
• Good knowledge of regulations regarding ATM cash management;
• Ability to plan and organize time, tasks, and daily activities;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Responsibility, integrity, confidentiality; 
• Advanced PC operation skills (Microsoft 365); data processing and report generation abilities.
