About the Role

Responsible for supporting the accurate and timely application of collections, account reconciliation, and analysis of accounts receivable and payable, in order to strengthen financial control, improve cash flow visibility, and foster operational discipline throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring that customer payments are applied correctly, discrepancies are resolved promptly, and outstanding items are managed through strong interdepartmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, deductions, and unapplied payments.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Collections, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports related to accounts receivable and cash application.
• Support financial closing activities and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

• More than 2 years of experience in Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Attention to detail and results orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP (desirable).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry (desirable).
• Financial and budgetary analysis.
