Case Worker

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community. As part of our continuum of services, we run a Residential Programme coupled with a supported living and training centre, and we invite passionate people to join our team as a Case Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing case management services to individuals on the autism spectrum, including assessment, planning, coordination, and monitoring of services. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and its impact on individuals and families, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The Case Worker will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a standard 5-day week, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
