Case Manager

A well-established High Net Worth (HNW) insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Case Manager to support its growing portfolio of affluent and UHNW clients. This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with senior advisers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy execution and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary case management support for HNW insurance portfolios, from onboarding to policy issuance and renewals Coordinate all aspects of the policy lifecycle, including application submissions, medical underwriting, and policy documentation Manage client queries and provide proactive updates on policy progress Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure policy placement Prepare and present client reports, summaries, and policy comparisons Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Assist with the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials Support the team with administrative tasks, such as managing diaries and scheduling meetings Skills and Experience Proven experience in insurance case management, preferably within the HNW or UHNW sector Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy administration Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems is essential Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a leading HNW insurance brokerage Exposure to a diverse and challenging portfolio of clients Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment
