Case Manager

Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of work and non-work injury claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution • Partner with clients, injured employees, healthcare providers, and ACC to achieve the best possible rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized plans for each client • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support and services • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement • Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve service delivery • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines for case management services • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field • 2+ years' experience as a Case Manager, Rehabilitation Consultant, Allied Health Professional, or ACC specialist • Strong understanding of the rehabilitation process and relevant legislation • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Flexible working arrangements and remote work options • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance • Access to ongoing training and education opportunities • A chance to make a real difference in people's lives
