Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert legal advice to clients on visa applications, including case management, application preparation, and submission; • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues or risks associated with visa applications; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the operations team, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration; • Stay up-to-date with changes in migration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and provide expert advice; • Collaborate with other teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes; • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
