Job description

Are you detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about delivering seamless client experiences within the wealth and insurance advisory space? We are looking for a Case Manager (New Business) to join a leading international financial advisory firm that partners with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated wealth, legacy, and liquidity planning solutions.

As part of a high-performance team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting consultants and advisors to bring complex client cases from initial engagement to policy completion — coordinating across clients, bankers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to ensure every case is managed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

Case & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee a portfolio of new business cases from initiation to policy issuance
  • Track timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth case progression
  • Maintain dashboards and provide regular updates to consultants and management

Documentation & Compliance

  • Review and validate client documentation (KYC, identity, financial, medical, etc.)
  • Ensure all submissions meet internal and insurer compliance requirements
  • Liaise with compliance, underwriting, and insurers for clarifications or approvals

Medical & Underwriting Coordination

  • Arrange and coordinate medical appointments, follow up on underwriting queries
  • Manage client communication and ensure timely submission of additional requirements

Stakeholder Liaison

  • Collaborate closely with consultants, clients, bankers, and insurers
  • Prepare client materials, attend meetings where needed, and ensure smooth information flow

Case Closure & Policy Delivery

  • Work towards completion of all assigned cases
  • Oversee policy delivery, administrative follow-ups, and support post-issuance servicing

Reporting & Process Enhancement

  • Produce case management and conversion reports
  • Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of new workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in insurance, broking, or financial services operations
  • Prior exposure to high-net-worth or private banking clients is an advantage
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and coordination skills
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in data tracking, CRM systems, and Excel dashboards
