STAFF S.p.A. - Agency for Employment, Rome Eur branch, is seeking a resource for a company operating in the automotive sector: CARROZZIERI. Location of work: Palestrina. Type of contract: initial fixed-term contract. RAL: €30k - €33k. The resource will be inserted into the maintenance team and will be responsible for repairing heavy vehicles (e.g. trucks, trailers, industrial vehicles). Main responsibilities: - Disassembling and reassembling damaged parts of the bodywork (bumper, doors, fenders, hood, lights, windows, mirrors, etc.) - Straightening and welding damaged metal sheets and structures using a hammer and specialized tools - Sanding and painting surfaces to prepare them for varnishing - Masking and preparing surfaces for varnishing, applying primer, base coats, and lacquers with an airbrush gun - Polishing and refining surfaces to ensure a perfect aesthetic result - Final quality control of the work performed and minor aesthetic corrections - Cleaning and ordinary maintenance of tools and workspace area - Collaboration with the acceptance department to define interventions and timelines. Required skills: - Technical diploma; - Previous experience with heavy vehicles or industrial vehicles; - In-depth knowledge of techniques; - Good manual dexterity and problem-solving attitude; - B patent (higher patents considered a plus).
