Expert Automotive Painter

Job Just On Business Just On Business Spa (JOB) is seeking an experienced automotive painter specialist for a well-established client's body shop. The resource will be inserted into a structured context and will be responsible for the painting cycle and vehicle preparation in autonomy. Expected tasks: - Surface preparation: sanding, masking, and filling. - Application of primers and preparation of colors. - Spray painting in a cabin oven (water-based/solvent-based paints). - Quality control and post-painting finishing. Requirements: - Consolidated experience as an automotive painter. - Excellent manual skill and precision when using the spray gun. - Ability to organize work respecting delivery deadlines. Offered: - Initial contract for three months, aimed at stabilizing a permanent position. - Classification: CCNL METALMECCANICO INDUSTRIA CONFAPI PMI (level commensurate with experience). - Working hours: Full Time, 40 hours weekly (Mon-Fri).
