Job Description As an experienced coachbuilder, you will integrate the bodywork department and be responsible for: Preparing surfaces before painting the vehicle Cleaning the vehicle for return to the customer Performing the removal/installation and adjustment of removable car body parts, equipment, closures, and trim Intervening in a preparation step: Profile Rebuilding As an experienced coachbuilder, you have the following profile: - You possess a degree in automotive bodywork or equivalent experience - You are familiar with the latest techniques and tools used in the industry - You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively as part of a team - You are able to lift up to 50 kg and stand for long periods - You are available to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends - You are willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges - You are committed to providing high-quality results and meeting deadlines - You have a strong attention to detail and are able to follow instructions accurately - You are able to work independently and as part of a team - You are able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - You are able to maintain a clean and organized workspace - You are able to use computer software for administrative tasks - You are able to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and equipment - You are able to read and understand technical documentation - You are able to follow safety procedures and guidelines - You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - You are able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - You are able to provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries - You are able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the organization - You are able to take initiative and proactively identify solutions to problems - You are able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - You are able to maintain accurate records and reports - You are able to use problem-solving skills to resolve issues - You are able to work in a multicultural environment with diverse perspectives and backgrounds - You are able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities - You are able to provide support and guidance to colleagues - You are able to take on new responsibilities and challenges - You are able to maintain a positive attitude and approach to work - You are able to prioritize your own well-being and take care of yourself - You are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance - You are able to use technology to improve processes and increase efficiency - You are able to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement - You are able to contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives - You are able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions - You are able to prioritize your own learning and development - You are able to take on leadership roles and responsibilities - You are able to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity - You are able to provide support and guidance to colleagues - You are able to contribute to the success of the organization - You are able to maintain a positive attitude and approach to work - You are able to prioritize your own well-being and take care of yourself - You are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance - You are able to use technology to improve processes and increase efficiency - You are able to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement - You are able to contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives - You are able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions - You are able to prioritize your own learning and development - You are able to take on leadership roles and responsibilities - You are able to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
