Logistics Forklift Operator

The forklift operator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency in daily logistics operations. Their main functions include receiving goods, verifying their condition and quantity against delivery notes, as well as the optimal organization of products on shelves and designated storage areas. Furthermore, they will be in charge of preparing orders for dispatch, retrieving products from inventory and placing them in loading areas, always maintaining strict control over available stock to prevent stockouts or excesses. Another key activity will be the operation of warehouse management systems (WMS) to record incoming, outgoing, and internal movements, ensuring the traceability of all items. The professional will also participate in periodic inventory tasks, collaborating in physical counts to ensure consistency with computer records and reporting any discrepancies detected. The position requires constant attention to safety regulations, maintaining order and cleanliness in their work area and operating machinery responsibly to prevent accidents. They will work in coordination with the planning, production, and transportation departments, acting as a fundamental link to ensure a smooth material flow and that established deadlines are met.
The gross annual salary offered is 20,500 euros. The hiring is direct and permanent with the company. The work schedule is organized in a fifth shift system, which implies rotations between morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
