Forklift Operator Barajas

The forklift operator position is focused on materials management within a logistics environment, performing fundamental functions for the operation of the warehouse. The main activities include loading and unloading goods from and to transport vehicles, as well as the safe transfer of materials between different areas of the warehouse and production lines. This job is dynamic and is not limited exclusively to driving forklifts, as occasional manual support tasks on the ground are required. The work environment is fast-paced and goal-oriented, prioritizing safety and efficiency in product handling. The position is crucial for maintaining a fluid supply chain, ensuring that materials arrive at their internal destination in a timely manner and in perfect condition. You will work with a variety of loads and in coordination with other members of the logistics team. The role demands a high capacity for adaptation to variable work paces and constant responsibility in compliance with established procedures. The operator will be integrated into a team whose common objective is the optimization of storage and distribution processes.
The contract includes mandatory rotating shifts that cover all days of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays. The established schedules are morning shift from 6:00 to 14:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and night shift from 22:00 to 6:00. The specific shift assignment is communicated through a schedule provided at the beginning of the onboarding. Working conditions are in accordance with the applicable sector agreement.
