CAP INTER Caen is recruiting for one of its clients, a company recognized in the construction sector, a Tiler M/F to work on various renovation and new construction sites.
Who is our client?
A recognized player in construction in Normandy, our client puts its technical expertise and the quality of its work at the service of construction and renovation projects for individuals and professionals alike.
What will your role be within the company?
As part of a team and under the responsibility of the site manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing surfaces to be tiled.
- Installing wall tiles (kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary ware...).
- Cutting and adjusting tiles.
- Applying grout and ensuring finishing touches.
- Ensuring the quality of the work performed and compliance with safety regulations.

Work on renovation and new construction sites for individuals and professionals.
Lifting and handling of materials.
Work on knees and in restrictive postures.
Use of power tools (tile cutter, grinder, mixer...).
Strict adherence to safety rules and mandatory use of PPE (safety shoes, gloves, goggles, hearing protection depending on the work).

The Profile Sought

What is the ideal profile?
You have a successful first experience as a tiler/wall tiler.
You are autonomous, meticulous, and appreciate neat work.
You can read simple plans and use cutting tools.
A B driving license is a plus for traveling to sites.
What is our recruitment process?
