Adecco Vevey offers you an opportunity not to be missed: we are looking for a qualified, precise, rigorous, and passionate tile layer for a client active in the second quarter. Responsibilities - Meticulous preparation of surfaces (cleaning, leveling, grinding, applying adhesive). - Reading and interpreting technical or architectural plans. - Cutting and laying tiles, faïences, mosaics, natural stones, and other coverings according to the specificities of the site. - Realization of precise finishes: joints, angles, plinths, waterproofing. - Laying in new, renovation, or on technical surfaces (bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, stairs, pools, etc.). - Control of alignments, levels, and finishes to ensure an aesthetically flawless result. - Scrupulous respect for safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Profile - CFC tile layer or equivalent recognized in Switzerland. - Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years on Swiss construction sites. - In-depth knowledge of materials and modern laying products (adhesives, joints, mortars, levelers, etc.). - Ability to work with plans and manage priorities on a construction site. - Keen sense of detail, care for well-done work, and team spirit. - Good physical condition, rigor, and autonomy. - Driving license category B and personal vehicle desired. - Your additional assets - Experience in laying natural stone, large-format tiles, or fine mosaics. - Knowledge of waterproofing and insulation standards (type Sika, PCI, Ardex, etc.). - Ability to manage an apprentice or lead a small team. - Reading plans in DAO or using numerical measurement tools: a plus appreciated.
