Job description
Adecco New Zealand is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Carpenters to join our ever growing Civil and Construction team across New Zealand. There are a variety of Construction sites managed by Adecco's clients for assignment-based roles.
Role Description:
We are currently looking for experienced carpenters and hammer hands for on-going work around the Tasman Region. The role will include form work, framing, dry wall fixing, roofing, cladding and more. This is a great opportunity to not only enjoy a change in job, but also work in a great team environment. Health & Safety is a key priority for us, and you will need a good knowledge, understanding and proven application of Health & Safety practices. Salary will be based on experience for this role.

- Be comfortable with reading plans, blueprints, and sketches
- Taking measurements, calculating, and planning material requirements
- You will take pride in the quality of your work
- You will have a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- You must have reliable transport.
- Be flexible as projects sites may change
Benefits:
- Competitive rates of pay Min $27.76 - $35 depending on experience
- Permanent and full-time role with good working hours with a minimum of 30 hours paid per week
