We are looking for caregivers (m/w/d) in full-time, part-time or on a 520€-basis in the Oldenburg and surrounding regions at the earliest possible time.

And we offer you:
Eternal employment contract with an attractive hourly wage of €22 or more, plus tariffs, vacation and Christmas pay, travel expenses - including the possibility to use a company car with fuel card for private use
6 weeks of vacation per year
Active vacation and scheduling planning - we take your wishes into account
Lump-sum payment in case of non-use
You set the radius for home-based assignments
Tremendous referral models - like employees recruiting employees

We expect from you:
A qualification as an examined caregiver (m/w/d), or alternatively, a health and nursing assistant (m/w/d)
Communication and organization are your strengths, and even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head
Friendly and patient-oriented behavior
