Mr is 84 years old, 175 cm tall, 85 kg heavy. He moves around using a wheelchair at home or rollator outside. He gets up and dresses himself, has light dementia. He eats well, has an appetite, cooperates, is nice and polite.
Caregiver cooks, cleans, does laundry, runs errands -1 km to Peny. Senior goes out twice a week (Monday, Wednesday) at 7 am, leaves at 8:15 am. In other days sleeps until 8-9 am, then breakfast, lunch at 12 pm, coffee and cake at 3 pm, dinner at 6 pm, and goes to bed himself.
2-hour break after lunch for caregiver,
Pflege once a day gives medication.
Information: no getting up at night, no transfer
