Job description

We are looking for a caregiver who can provide structure to clients with low intellectual levels and mild behavioral problems. The client's functioning is mostly non-verbal and they require a calm, clear guidance style with a lot of predictability.

The care request is caregiving in nature:

One client is able to do certain actions independently with prompting.
The other client requires assistance and correction for daily activities.

Your tasks will include:

Persoonlijke verzorging (ADL) to offer, tailored to the level of the client.
Providing guidance based on non-verbal signals and recognizing behavioral patterns.
Offering a daily structure that aligns with the abilities and limitations of the clients.
In team collaboration, contributing to a safe, calm, and stable living environment.
Working with clients with mild behavioral problems (such as restlessness or sensitivity to stimuli).
