Our client is a facility located in RABASTENS DE BIGORRE that offers services and care to elderly people in a safe and warm atmosphere.

In an elderly care facility, actively participate in the well-being of 139 residents within a multidisciplinary team and in a verdant setting. The establishment has been recently renovated and has a large landscaped park. We are looking for a Caregiver (F/H) with a state diploma for a daytime position.

Main missions:

• Ensure hygiene and comfort care to residents
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for personalized care follow-up
• Participate in animation activities to promote resident well-being
• Accompany residents during their movements within the establishment
• Contribute to setting up a secure and calming environment

We are looking for a kind and motivated Caregiver (F/H) to join our welcoming facility for elderly people.

You possess the State Diploma of Caregiver (DEAS) or equivalent.

Sense of listening and empathy towards residents.

Ability to adapt within a multidisciplinary team.

Dynamism and concern for the well-being of elderly people received.

Respect for care procedures in a secure environment.
